Jeff provides leadership for the Greater Victoria School District in the area of international education. He is proud to lead an exemplary team of international education professionals based at Uplands Campus.

Jeff is also pleased to support intercultural learning and outbound study opportunities for all students in the school district.
Jeff started his career in public education as a high school teacher in the Metro Vancouver area in 2001 and also taught at the Nagasaki University of Foreign Studies, Nagasaki University, and Sasebo South High School in Japan. He has been an administrator with the Greater Victoria School District’s International Program since 2007.
Jeff completed his PhD at the University of Victoria in Educational Leadership and served on the Canadian Association of Public Schools International Board from 2016 to 2022. He is also a sessional instructor in the Faculty of Education, Graduate Studies at the University of Victoria.
LessRob has over 25 years of experience in B.C.'s public education system as a teacher, Principal and International Education Administrator.

In addition to overseeing many District-level ISP programs (e.g., Student Support, Academic Transition Program, Camp Victoria, Short Term Programs) Rob is responsible for marketing, recruiting and supporting students and their families from across Europe. Rob joined the Greater Victoria School District in August 2015.

Pilar has over 20 years’ experience in international education. Presently Pilar oversees various projects for the International Program with a broad responsibility for marketing, recruiting and supporting students from North, Central and South America.

Pilar brings a wealth of cultural insight and understanding of Latin regions as a result of her Colombian heritage and education in international marketing.
Pilar is fluent in both Spanish and English.
LessMary has over 20 years’ experience in education with a PhD degree in Language and Literacy from the University of Victoria.

Mary’s responsibilities include marketing and recruitment in China, working with overseas partners for student admission, supporting students, schools, and natural parents, as well as ensuring international students’ success.

LessReid has over a decade of experience with educational organizations in B. C., Alberta and Taiwan, India, and Tanzania. In his role as a Senior Manager, Reid supports international students with their transition to life in Victoria.

LessCythera oversees the admissions department for Victoria International Education. Cythera is also responsible for Group Quotes and marketing inquiries. She grew up with her family hosting international students from China, South East Asia and Europe.
