The Student Outbound Program is an initiative Victoria International Education developed in 2016 to create meaningful intercultural engagement opportunities for Greater Victoria School District students. Victoria International Education recognizes the need to provide students with cost-effective travel that supports the development of intercultural competencies through engaging, meaningful learning experiences abroad.

Through partnerships with overseas educational institutions, Victoria International Education continues to develop and support high-quality travel initiatives for Greater Victoria School District students, with a continued commitment to providing travel opportunities that create memories that last a lifetime.
